Memasek Group 3: Bakwan Jagung aka Corn Fritter & Tahu Isi aka Stuffed Toufu


Bakwan Jagung (Corn Fritter)

Isinya (For 20):

  • 2 bawang putih (garlic)
  • 4 bawang merah (shallot)
  • 2 telur (egg)
  • 2 jagung (corn)
  • 1 wortel (carrot)
  • 2 daun bawang (spring onion)
  • Condiments: Ketumbar (Coriander), Lada (Pepper), Garam (Salt), Gula (Sugar), Air putih (Water), Self-raising flour
Rasanya?
  • Sedikit mani + Sedikit asin
  • ENAK SEKALI!

  • Asin dan sedikit manis

The overall cooking experience was enjoyable for the groups as it was not only their first time cooking Indonesian food, but also their first time cooking for such a large amount of food for their fellow hungry LAB1201 students. However, the first cooking session gave them confidence and ultimately handwork paid off and everyone managed to enjoy good food on the cultural night. Good job everyone!
